No Questions Asked Returns

We are so confident about our product that we are offering a no questions asked return policy. For ANY reason, if you aren’t satisfied with what you get, we will make it right by exchanging the product or issuing a refund. We just have a couple of simple and obvious conditions.

Our No Questions Asked Returns only applies to the first pair of undies.

Single Pair:
Let’s assume you don’t like the colour, the sizing is not right, or the product has a defect - just buzz us and we'll make sure we send you a replacement or issue a refund. Don’t worry, you can keep the original purchase as well :)

Multiple Pair:
If you are buying multiple undies, we request you to try on just one pair and satisfy all your mental and physical stretches. Our return policy will be applicable on that first pair only. If you are still not happy with the undies, just buzz us and we'll make sure to send you a replacement for the worn undie + exchange the remaining unused undies with the desired size. Worst case scenario for us, if you don’t feel like giving us a chance to make it right, we will collect the unused undies and issue a full refund.

Our Timeframe:
One can only opt for the No Questions Asked Returns within 21 days from the date of purchase. For any reason if you miss this 21 day window, write to us and we will try our best to resolve your issue.

Our Request:
We know there are a few naughty ones out there. Be a doll and don’t take undue advantage of the trust we place in you. You're better than that.
